Go through pages that have ranks you can raid (anywhere below 10x your rank).
Spy on people with large (5m+) army size.
Look under "untrained units" column in the second row, and if the number is above 1m (If just starting off) or 1.8m (serious raiding) and defense is 0, raid away, and raid until you get less than 15k a hit.
Who knows, you may get lucky! Occasionally, people find raids of 50m+, and that means about 1m units a raid!
